Going Deeper at West Shore

Our Sunday morning service at 10 O’clock is designed to be a lighter, more casual experience that is best-suited for believers and non-believers alike to gather together, hear some terrific music and an uplifting message. “User-friendly” and “non-threatening” are the key words for this service setting.

But then, there are those who want to go deeper. For that deeper experience, several options are available.

Wednesday Morning Communion

At 10AM every Wednesday morning, a traditional communion service is held in a more quiet and intimate setting. Opportunities for individual prayer, especially prayers for healing, are always available. If you want to experience a lot of love in a tight-knit group with personal care as the key-word, this is the place for you to go deeper.

First Wednesday of Every Month

At 6:30 PM every first Wednesday, a more casual communion service is held for those who cannot make it on Wednesday mornings. A teaching, opportunities for prayer, and communion are held in a more intimate setting. A nursery is always available for this service.

Small Groups

Many people at west Shore belong to a small group. Sometimes their group revolves around a ministry, such as the Music Ministry, where those who have a common purpose are brought into deeper relationship with each other and God as they get to know and encourage each other in their ministries and daily lives. Other groups exist exclusively for fellowship in each others homes. Some revolve around a meal, others around a study. Some are large, and others are as small as two people.
